I help people reconnect with their innate confidence, calm, strength and joy, all of which simply gets dusted over by the inevitable stressors and strains of life. We can clear away the debris and feel our way back, once we care to notice and remember to pause.

I work mostly with yoga facilitators, creatives (writers and artists), people working in the social justice and activism space, and people who identify as women in the “second Spring” of their lives (mid 30s and beyond), who seek to navigate their internal and external landscape with more skill and less tension.

Many people I work with are in one form of recovery or another, largely from all too human unhelpful thought patterns, cultural conditioning, the dehumanising culture of productivity, emotional exhaustion and mental overdrive. I respectfully and compassionately hold space in a way that allows people to feel seen, heard, inspired and empowered to find their own way.

Through a combination of reflective practices tailored to suit your needs, we'll spend time processing whatever it is that has you feeling stuck, disconnected, untethered or low, in life and/or work. Either over Zoom (or equivalent) or face to face where possible, I'll work alongside you as we co-create a way forward and through, helping you to realign and return to wholeness. This will likely involve a combination of meditation, mindfulness/reflective practices, yoga and (friendly) critical thinking.

Pricing is open to discussion to agree on a rate that is mutually sustainable.
