I was 17 when I began meditating and in my 20s when I got more deeply into Yoga as a whole, even more so in the decades since. I now teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation in a way that I intend to be accessible for as many people as possible. My approach is informed by the philosophical and experiential underpinnings of my personal explorations of Yoga, Buddhism, Zen and the Tao, honouring the roots of the contemplative, wisdom traditions. I aim to create a supportive space where everybody can learn to befriend their bodies and minds, and explore their full potential, whatever that looks like on an any given day or any given season of life.
